Field Service
- Candidates will be responsible for servicing Copiers, Scanners, Fax Machines, Laser Printers and MFP’s located at various customer sites around the North Shore/New Orleans Metro area. Strong mechanical and communication skills are a must. Field service experience in the copier/printer industry is necessary, we do provide additional training.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, familiarity with the marketplace, reliable transportation, and knowledge of working office technology. Strong presentation, written, verbal and PC skills are required
Outside Sales
- This full-time position entails managing a geographic territory of prospects and current customers. Leads will be provided and you will also be required to cold call new prospects, review account needs and propose imaging and printing solutions.
- Candidate will need to work independently as well as with other specialists to determine our clients’ business goals, objectives and provide proposals for appropriate solutions.
Tele-Sales
- This full-time position entails taking incoming calls as well as making outgoing supply calls to current and prospective customers utilizing our established database. We are looking for an individual with excellent telephone and written communication skills.
- To excel in this position, candidates must be comfortable on the phone and enjoy talking with current customers as well as potential customers. We're looking for an independent producer that is comfortable talking to strangers, generating new supply business and hardware sales leads
